FREE SHIPPING
We are delighted to offer our customers great value and service. That is why we provide free shipping from our overseas warehouses with a delivery time of 8-10 days, if the item is not available in our UK warehouse.
MISSING PACKAGES
Clearskin is not responsible if the incorrect address is entered at checkout. Please ensure that your billing and delivery addresses are correct before processing your order. If we have made a mistake, we will take full responsibility for the original order placed for you at no cost.
CUSTOMS
When our goods are shipped from abroad, in some cases a customs fee may be added as you, the customer, are the importer. You, as the customer, are then responsible for paying this fee.
DELIVERY
The delivery time is approx. 8-10 working days.
This does not include our 1-2 day processing time.
All delivery times exclude customs clearance/customs delays.
TRACKING
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped, but sometimes due to free shipping, tracking is not available.
MY TRACKING SAYS ‘NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME’.
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 working days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 7 working days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if you have selected combined shipping.
