Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the product to the warehouse unless the product is damaged or does not match the description.
To start a return, please contact us via the ‘Contact’ page. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund using your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
